This practical rotating ham holder is suitable for slicing both hams and shoulders of any size.
The parented rotating disc system grips the ham securely while slicing, making it very easy to turn the ham around to continue slicing on the opposite side.
It includes a folding rail which is used to support the ham, especially when there is very little ham left or when cutting the ham crosswise.
The large plastic base, made of HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), resembles wood, has 8 rubber feet to secure it firmly to the table or work surface, and is very easy to clean. After use, the rotating disc arm can be folded down, and the ham holder can be stored away conveniently in the travel bag which is included.
