Mother-In-Law’s Tongues 100 gr. - Mario Fongo
The Mini Tongues by Mario Fongo are produced with the same dough and process of the Mother-In-Law’s Tongues, only noble ingredients and they become protagonists of a new way of understanding appetizers, canapés, tapas, garnishes.
It is produced using white grape Must, acetified and aged in oak barrels to get its typical amber colour. Its most striking feature is that it does not alter the colour of dishes but it adds a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavour (excellent to replace wine vinegar).

The Würstel Merano has the origin in South Tirol, more exactly said in the area of Merano, the Meraner Würstel also. Typically for a Meraner Würstel a high beef portion and coarse grained meat is trained in the fine basic emulsion.
The Sextner farm salami Villgrater is produced of pure pork, it is an aromatic house salami with light garlic mark, air-dried after Italian kind.
The Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages) are mildly smoked and air-dried sausages of beef and pork, a typical South Tyrolean speciality.
