Pinot Noir Riserva Burgum Novum - 2019 - Castelfeder Winery
Our Pinot Nero Riserva is only produced when the conditions permit the creation of a truly outstanding wine that shows off the Alto Adige region in its very best. 2019 vintage resulted in very intense, concentrated Pinots with powerful ruby red colour, fine Burgunder bouquet with red berry flavours accompanied by vanilla notes. A deep mouth filling wine with clear tannins that has all the hallmarks that we look for in a Riserva.

This Pinot Nero is characterised by strength and elegance and can withstand any international comparison. A spe - cial red wine in every respect colour, bouquet and flavour alike. Complex and multifaceted, with intense fruit aromas and an appealing vanilla scent which is the outcome of vinification and maturation in small oak casks. A wine like few others, recommended for special occasions and festi - ve banquets, an exceptional accompaniment to barbecued or roast meat dishes. Yet it is also a wine to be enjoyed for contemplation; a wine which is even more forthcoming following several years of maturation in the bottle.

Our Pinot Nero Matan is a wine with terroir and is thus well-structured, with an evident elegance, smooth and rich in aromatic nuances. The high temperature differences between day and night during the ripening season give this powerfully dark red wine a particularly fruit-toned character, lending fruit and pedigree to the Matan with its scents of forest berries.

Pinot Noir Riserva Monticol - 2021 - cantina Terlano
Color: intensive ruby to garnet red. Smell: The Pinot Noir presents itself as a multifaceted wine on the nose, where the delicate primary fruit aromas of wild strawberries and blackberries blend with restrained aromas of tobacco and flint, and notes of white field mushrooms. Taste: Well balanced with a mineral elegance that makes it dance on the palate. This red wine has a long and exciting finish.
Pinot Noir Riserva Trattmann - 2020 - cantina Girlan
A grape with small berries that has been cultivated in South Tyrol for decades, and which prevails in an aristocratic red wine. With its strong flowery bouquet, velvety finish and fine tannic quality, this wine is perfectly suitable as an accompaniment to meat dishes.

A radiant garnet red, it impresses with its tempting aromas: small berries with crisp cherries, fresh violets, a breath of marzipan. This Pinot Nero opens up with a multifaceted lasting quality. A fine wine for lamb dishes, beef, wild fowl, and cheese, it has an excellent potential for aging.

Deep ruby red with garnet red highlights. Delicate fruit aromas and a distinctly smoky streak. Full-bodied, with fine-grained tannins and a lingering finish. Very complex; dry.
Santa Maddalena - 2022 - Winery S. Michele South Tyrol
Typical South Tyrolean red wine made the Schiava grape, with a strong ruby to garnet red colour. Its bouquet is characterised by a broad palette as fruity aromas, forest fruits through to cherries, which then open up and intensify on the palate. Delicate and yet at the same time with a strong structure, this St. Magdalener is a pleasant, tempting wine. It goes especially well with roasts, game and spicy cheeses. It gains in strength and intensity when aged in the cellar.
Schiava Old Grapes - 2022 - Castelfeder Winery
This wine once again proves the great potential of the Schiava variety. Bright ruby-red colour, it shows fine friut aromas as well as vinous flavours. With its light and smooth tannin and a pleasant freshness, this well-balanced wine is uncomplicated and easy-drinking and the perfect combination to traditional Speck (a kind of smoked bacon).
Schiava Römigberg - 2019 - Tenuta Lageder
Brilliant ruby colour with purple tints. Quite pronounced, very fruity aroma with impressions of red fruit cherries and violets. Medium bodied, quite mild and soft though dry. Fresh and slightly spicy aftertaste with an elegant bitter note of bitter almonds. Lagdo di Caldaro is usually drunk in the year after production, but can laso be cellared for at least 3 years.
St. Magdalena - 2021 - Tenuta Glögglhof South Tyrol
Characteristics: - colour: ruby red - smell: fruity and flowery with a scent of cherries and violets - taste: velvety, harmonious, juicy, fresh, mild acidity, soft and supple tannins with a soft, rounded finis.

St. Magdalener Classico - 2022 - Pfannenstielhof
Medium ruby, fresh fruit, lightly aromatic; lively round, full-flavoured with accentuated cherry fruit; soft, just a hint of tannin and acidity, dry on the finish. A very attractive, light-textured wine with plenty of charm.
Torilan - 2022 - Winery Terlano South Tyrol
Color: intensive garnet red with ruby reflections. Smell: In the glass, Merlot aromas reminiscent of cassis and black cherry combine with the spicy-smoky character of the Cabernet, revealing a touch a green pepper and vanilla. The elegant blackberry notes of the Pinot Noir round of the composition to form a harmonious whole. Taste: On the palate, this cuvée offers an interesting symbiosis of the fruit of the Pinot Noir, the spiciness and tannins of the Cabernet, and the rich complexity of the Merlot.
