Taste: substantial and full of pedigree and elegance, creamy structure, salty and minerally, harmonic and inviting, long, juicy and fresh finish
Vineyards: Eppan Berg, 420-500 m above sea level Soils on calcareous till, facing east-south Vines up to 30 years old
Vine training: with guyot and pergel
Vinification: Must fermentation in stainless steel, temperature-controlled at 19°C for one week; maturation in stainless steel and 25% for 5 months in large 30 hl wooden barrels
Recommended with: seafood, highly-flavoured fish dishes, grilled trouP... with Schlutzkrapfen (pasta parcels), white meat and poultry...
