È un vino fresco e profumato che ha delle noti di fiori bianchi ed anche di mela. In bocca il T Bianco ha la giusta nota acida ed è ben equilibrato con una leggera nota aromatica.
VINIFICAZIONE: Dopo la vendemmia l'uva è stata sottoposta ad una pressatura soffice immediata. La successiva vinificazione è stata fatta in contenitori d'acciaio senza fermentazione malolattica.

Deion: This Gewürztraminer is pale gold in color. It has an elegant aroma that is typical of the variety, with rose petals and carnations, and is slightly smoky on the nose. On the palate it has an accessible structure and is elegant and full, youthful and quaffable and aromatic with a fine finish. Grape variety: Gewürztraminer - South Tyrol DOC. Production area: The grapes for this Gewürztraminer are grown at an altitude of approx. 400 m on loamy chalk gravel soils in the vineyards of Appiano, Caldaro and Bolzano. Vinification: After temperature-controlled fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks at 19°C for one week, the wine is aged in stainless steel. Food pairing: Best enjoyed well chilled with raw fish, boiled beef and root vegetables and aromatic wok dishes. Serving temperature: 12 - 14°C. Ageing potential: 3 - 5 years. The MURI-GRIES wine estate comprises 35 hectares of vineyards in excellent locations in and around Bolzano and Appiano. The monastery vineyards offer an outstanding terroir, combining excellent soils with a highly favourable climate.
Its varietal character produces a highly intensive scent and taste, reminiscent of very ripe fruit with nutmeg notes. Its discreet natural residual sweetness and pleasant acidity make it a popular aperitif wine.

Thanks to the elevated location of Penon village, accentuated elegance, crisp freshness and distinct acidity characterize our Pinot Blanc. The late harvest in October encourages persistence and opulence through a stimulating bouquet of apple and pineapple. A suitable appetizer as an aperitif, and a fruity-fresh companion to light starters, fish dishes and white meats. On the slopes of Margreid is planted the Penon vineyard with its pure limestone gravel soils.
