VIGNETI: Le uve provengono dalla zona di Termeno. Nel Hexenbichler troviamo soprattutto il vitigno Schiava, in tutte le sue forme e una piccola parte di Lagrein. I terreni sono di conformazione calcarea, argillosa con un sottosuolo ghiaioso.
VINIFICAZIONE: Le uve sono state diraspate e fermentate in contenitori d'acciaio dove è stata eseguita la fermentazione malolattica. Maturazione in botti di rovere.
NOTE SENSORIALI: Il Hexenbichler trova la sua particolarità nella struttura tannica leggera con un colore scarico ma luminoso, nella gradevolezza del gusto fruttato e fresco. Si consiglia l'abbinamento con antipasti e specialità tipiche della cucina tirolese quali, speck e affettati, ma anche con carni bianche e formaggi dolci.

Our Sauvignon Gennen presents itself racy, with a fresh structure. Rooting in deep gravel soils, it features distinctive saltiness and an aromatic body with notes of elderflower, grapefruit and citrus fruits. Its fresh and smooth finish makes the Sauvignon Gennen an enjoyable aperitif wine and a perfect match for vegetable dishes and fish.
Cuvée obtained selected grapes among the most typical of the Valle Isarco: Müller Thurgau, Sylvaner and Kerner . With its fresh, fruity and intense character the wine reflects the entire territory of the Valle Isarco.
Deion: This Gewürztraminer is pale gold in color. It has an elegant aroma that is typical of the variety, with rose petals and carnations, and is slightly smoky on the nose. On the palate it has an accessible structure and is elegant and full, youthful and quaffable and aromatic with a fine finish. Grape variety: Gewürztraminer - South Tyrol DOC. Production area: The grapes for this Gewürztraminer are grown at an altitude of approx. 400 m on loamy chalk gravel soils in the vineyards of Appiano, Caldaro and Bolzano. Vinification: After temperature-controlled fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks at 19°C for one week, the wine is aged in stainless steel. Food pairing: Best enjoyed well chilled with raw fish, boiled beef and root vegetables and aromatic wok dishes. Serving temperature: 12 - 14°C. Ageing potential: 3 - 5 years.
