Targeted selection in our vineyards over the course of years have now produced convincing results. The Pinot Nero of the St. Valentin line has been especially successful. A radiant garnet red, it impresses with its tempting aromas: small berries with crisp cherries, fresh violets, a breath of marzipan. This Pinot Nero opens up with a multifaceted lasting quality. A fine wine for lamb dishes, beef, wild fowl, and cheese, it has an excellent potential for aging.
