Vineyards and soil: Laimburg: sandy alluvial soil, 220 metres above sea level.
Training Form: Espalier
Vinification: Low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel, followed by four months aging on the lees.
Deion: Brilliant light yellow in colour, with subtle vanilla and herb aromas. Corpulent, with a welldeveloped structure, but still juicy because of its acidity.
Serving Suggestion: Chilled to 10° C, an ideal accompaniment to pasta, poultry, rabbit, calf or pork.
