Vinification: fermentation and maturation in barrique and wooden barrels.
Organoleptic characteristic: The Rulander or Pinot Grigio is considered a mutation of the Pinot Blanc which it distinguishes it self for the coppery colour of the bunch and for the wine characteristics. In South Tyrol this straw-coloured noble wine reaches an excellent bouquet refinement and a high quality.
Storage life: 3 - 4 years
