Coarse grained beef and pork with a mark pepper, otherwise mildly and agreeable is the house salami of Steiner. These mould-matured salami is matured for approx. 6 to 8 weeks in controlled climate rooms.

The EWA blend (Elena WAlch) steps up in strong yellow and a delicate, aromatically distinguished bouquet of floral notes, some rose petals and spicy herbal notes. Fresh and youthfully light, characterized by the blend, it is convincing on the palate with elegant and juicy structure as well as a stimulating finish. A combination of the vines Vernatsch, Lagrein and Merlot which grow on rocky, barren and steep soil on sunny slopes Bozen, Überetsch and Unterland. The mix of Pergola and Guyot makes it possible to get small quantity but high quality. The grapes are rich on extract and give this cuvée elegance, a velvety and harmonic body.
