Weinhof Kobler

Denominazione: Alto Adige Merlot rosato

Sito: "Kotzner" sul conoide del rio Favogna, in leggera pendenza, terreno sabbio-argilloso, su detriti dolomitici.

Vigneto: Pergola semplice, ca. 3.300 ceppi/ha, nella maggiorparte con più di 25 anni.

Lavorazione: Fermentazione in acciaio, maturazione sulle fecce fini in barrique usata, senza fermentazione malolattica e stabilizzazione tartarica.

DEGUSTazione: Dominano le sensazioni olfattive di aromi fruttati che ricordano fortemente il lampone e la fragola. Grazie alla pienezza generosa è piuttosto un accompagnatore di pasti che non un aperitivo. Una giusta vena acida garantisce armoinia e bevibilità.
