Typical South Tyrolean red wine made the Schiava grape, with a strong ruby to garnet red colour. Its bouquet is characterised by a broad palette as fruity aromas, forest fruits through to cherries, which then open up and intensify on the palate. Delicate and yet at the same time with a strong structure, this St. Magdalener is a pleasant, tempting wine. It goes especially well with roasts, game and spicy cheeses. It gains in strength and intensity when aged in the cellar.
The Cabernet has deep garnet red colour, an intense aroma of black currants with slight erbaceous notes, on the palate it's full bodied and permanent with smooth tannins.
The Mediterranean warmth in the area of Doss lends this noble and rich Cabernet Sauvignon grape varietal the opportunity to completely unfold. This powerful red wine should be served with hearty and solid meals and is perfect for meditation.
Ruby red in color with a deep garnet sheen, this fruity wine has a fine cherry bouquet. Balanced and round in flavor, it shows plenty of structure and is well-proportioned, with an elegant, lingering finish.
