Characteristics: Luminous yellow with greenish reflexes, fruit-emphatically after quince, litchi and pink grapefruit, but also fresh and aromatic herbs, sage and mint. Light, with irresistible drinkability. Already drinking-ready, however, absolutely also some years well storable.
Service temperature: 10 - 12 °C.
