Vigneti:
Il maso Nussbaumer si trova nella località di Sella, una piccola frazione sita sopra Termeno. I vigneti si estendono ad un'altitudine compresa fra i 250 m e i 700 metri s.l.m. ai piedi della catena montuosa che circonda il Roen. L' "Ora", il vento che risale dal Lago di Garda durante l'intero periodo vegetativo si fa sentire nelle prime ore del pomeriggio, assicurando un'ottima ossigenazione dei vigneti. Il terreno è di conformazione ghiaiosi ed argillosa.
Vinificazione:
Dopo la vendemmia, le uve, raccolte in piccoli recipienti vengono pigiate dopo essere state lasciate brevemente macerare nel mosto per catturarne le tipiche note aromatiche. Il mosto viene lasciato fermentare a temperatura controllata (20 - 22°C) in autoclavi di acciaio inossidabile.

Il nome del vino Nussbaumer deriva dal nome del maso da cui provengono le uve. Il maso Nussbaumer ha una antica tradizione di oltre 700 anni nella coltivazione della vigna, ed è uno dei più antichi masi di Termeno. La nostra selezione Nussbaumer racchiude in sé tutte le caratteristiche di questa varietà: di un intenso e luminoso colore giallo-paglierino, questo vino sprigiona infatti note fragranti che sanno di petali di rosa, cannella, frutti tropicali maturi e garofani. Aromi gradevoli e note decisamente spezziate. Ottimo con i formaggi stagionati e i paté de fois gras, sorprendente con la cucina asiatica speziata.
