VINIFICAZIONE: Macerazione a freddo per 20 ore. Fermentazione alcolica a temperatura controllata in piccoli serbatoi vinari di inox. Segue maturazione per 6 mesi sui lieviti in piccole botti da 30 hl. in inox. Nessuna fermentazione malolattica.
VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Il colore è un vivace giallo paglierino con riflessi muschiati. L'aroma è fiorito con note di rose, garofani, noce moscata ed oli eterici. Il sapore è armonioso, fresco e morbido con un retrogusto persistente.
