VIGNETI: Tutte le uve impiegate nella produzione di questo vino provengono dai vigneti di Sella, località situata sopra l'abitato di Termeno ad un'altitudine compresa fra i 400 m e i 500 m s.l.d.m. ai piedi della catena montuosa che circonda il Roen. I terreni sono calcarei / argillosi.
VINIFICAZIONE: La vendemmia é stata eseguita nel periodo fine novembre inizio dicembre. Dopo sei ore di macerazione l'uva viene pressata delicatamente con 1,2 bar di pressione. Fermentazione e maturazione in barrique di rovere francese.
NOTE SENSORIALI: Per la sua qualità questo vino è stato inserito nella speciale collezione "Selektion Terminum" che raggruppa sotto il suo marchio solamente vini di grande pregio, accuratamente selezionati. Le particolari caratteristiche hanno contribuito allo sviluppo della putredine nobile, che permette, di creare un grande vino da dessert. Il vino si presenta con riflessi dorati intensi, profumo intenso, floreale e fruttato, con note di miele e cannella, gusto piacevole, su un fondo molto morbido e dolce ma mai stucchevole. Vino di grande struttura con lunga persistenza. Semplicemente unico.
