Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats; ageing and maturation on fine yeast for 6 months;
Appearance: Colour light straw yellow; Aroma intense aromatic bouquet underlined with a soft pleasant floral sent; Taste well balanced and strong on the palate, very persistent.
Alcohol: 14.0 %vol.
Drinking: 10-12°C temperature

Gentian roots are known for their digestive and invigorating properties. The roots were dried for about 30 days and afterwards left to infuse cold in fresh grappa. Our gentian grappa is characterised by a lighlty bitter taste and can calso be served cool.

A classic and very expressive Pinot Grigio, bright straw yellow in colour with an attractive aroma of citrus fruits, peach, honeydew melon and especially pear; medium rich, fruity, well-structured and direct on the palate with orchard fruit flavours and tangy, fruity acidity on the finish.
ruby red color, pleasant, varietal aromas of undergrowth and wild berries. fruity, hadrmonious wine with body and velvety full-ness.
Color: bright-yellow with a green shimmer. Nose: highly aromatic, floral, ripe fuits (white peach), spicy.Flavour: medium-bodied, intense bouquet, well-balanced, grapey-fruity, fresh, dry.
purple colour with garnet hints. Quite pronounced fruity aroma with notes of red and black berries, paired with floral, mineral and spicy nuances (black pepper). Medium to full-bodied, good intensity on the palate, balanced, with present ripe tannin. Good length.
