VIGNETI: I vigneti, coltivati su un terreno roccioso, calcareo e ricco di minerali, si estendono sopra la località di Termeno ad un'altitudine di circa 400 -550 m s.l.m. L'area di produzione ricopre i versanti orientali e sud-orientali della catena montuosa del Roen.
VINIFICAZIONE: Dopo la vendemmia l'uva è stata sottoposta ad una pressatura soffice immediata. La successiva fermentazione è stata fatta in botte di legno a temperatura controllata (18-20°C). Anche la fermentazione malolattica è stata fatta in botte di legno, dove il vino restava fino all'imbottigliamento a metà maggio.
NOTE SENSORIALI: Il nome STOAN (dal tedesco STEIN = roccia, pietra) assegnato a questo vino ricorda proprio la caratteristica del singolo terreno di coltura. Nella parlata locale, STOAN è la pronuncia data alla parola tedesca Stein (it. roccia, pietra).letto di queste parti e significa sasso. Il vino si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino chiaro e sfumature di giallo verdolino, molto trasparente. Al naso esprime personalità con aromi intensi, puliti, gradevoli, eleganti e raffinati che si aprono con note di pesca e sambuco seguite da piacevoli aromi di ananas, banana, pera, e piacevoli accenni di foglia di pomodoro e peperone verde. In bocca si presenta fresco e leggermente morbido con un grande equilibrio, sapori intensi e molto piacevole. Si consiglia l'abbinamento con antipasti e primi piatti, pesce, frutti di mare oppure con carne bianca leggermente saporita.
