Production area: The grapes chosen for this extraordinary wine come the Cornaiano area in the Überetsch hills, at an altitude of 450 - 500 m above sea level. They are grown in different vineyards with an age between 10 and 15 years. The vines are trained using the Guyot technique. The growing area is rich in minerals, the result of ice age sedimentation.
Vinification: After harvesting, the grapes are soft pressed. Fermentation at controlled temperature takes place in French oak casks of 12 and 50 hl, followed by malolactic fermentation. This is followed by refinement in the barrel on fine lees for 12 months. It is refined in the bottle for 7 months before it can be sold.
Appearance: "Riserva Bianca" expresses its character with intensive clean and fresh aromas. Excellent structure. Flavoursome mineral bouquet that remains on the palate. Great balance.

This expressive and fruity Pinot Noir achieves its special finesse due to the large wooden barrels in which it is aged. Its silky but powerful body makes "Patricia" a wine that should be served with hearty meat dishes.
The special herbal mixture after old traditional farm preion and smoking with selected, Sarntaler coniferous wood (mountain pine pine and juniper) give the "Original Grammhof Speck" the unique and unmistakeable taste.
