Deion:
Color: straw yellow with a light green tinge. 
Aroma: exotic aromas of pineapple, mango and honeydew melon with light vanilla notes. 
Taste: full-bodied with a well-balanced acidity and pleasant mineral note.

Chardonnay - South Tyrol DOC. 

Production area:
Warm steep porphyry slopes above Bolzano at 650 meters a.s.l. 

Vinification:
Gentle pressing and fermentation followed by second fermentation in barriques and tonneau; further aging in the bottle. 

Matching:
Grilled fish, shellfish and crustaceans, white meats and poultry. 

Serving temperature:
12 - 14°C.

Ageing potential:
8 - 10 years.
