VIGNETI: Le uve provengono dalle zone di Ora, Egna e Termeno, dove i vigneti si estendono su terreni di conformazione calcarea, argillosa con un sottosuolo ghiaioso ad un altezza di circa 240 fino a 500 metri s.l.m.
VINIFICAZIONE: Dopo la vendemmia l'uva è stata sottoposta ad una pressatura soffice immediata. La successiva fermentazione è stata fatta in contenitori d'acciaio, in parte si è svolto la fermentazione malolattica.
NOTE SENSORIALI: Lo Chardonnay è un vino molto apprezzato e richiesto. È un vino bianco di colore giallo verdognolo, dal profumo delicatamente fruttato e secco. Ha un sapore fresco e vivace con note di ananas, banane, mele, pere, agrumi, caramello, vaniglia e burro. Vino da abbinare con antipasti, pesce e carne bianca. È consigliabile anche come aperitivo.
