Caratteristiche: Cabernet Sauvignon e Cabernet Franc. Colore rosso ciliegia con riflessi rosso rubino. Il bouquet è caratteristico del vitigno, elegante e speziato, con sentori di pepe nero, cuoio e catrame. Importante la struttura; corposo, rotondo e ancora giovane il gusto. Buona la presenza tannica, di lunga persistenza e freschezza il retrogusto. Un buon invecchiamento permetterà di apprezzarlo in beva ottimale nei prossimi 5 - 7 anni. Vigneti selezionati di Magrè e Cortaccia, altitudine 220 - 300 mt s.l.m. Terreni ghiaiosi e calcarei. Microclima caldo con forti escursioni termiche tra notte e giorno. Età delle vigne: 10 - 45 anni. Lunga fermentazione alcolica e macerazione per 12 giorni in acciaio. Affinamento in grandi botti di rovere per circa 18 mesi.
