Origin: single vineyards near the Kalterersee (Lago di Caldaro) South Tyrol
Vinification: fermentation and extended maceration in french oak barrels (500lt), matured in barriques, no filtration, no chiarification.
Deion: deep, intense cherry - red colour, pronounced, complex aroma with concentrated fruity notes. Quite powerful and rich on the palate, and well balanced tannins.
Suggested foods: veal, lamp duck, vension, cheeses.
Allergic-Info: This wine can contain sulfites Alcoholic content: 10.00 %
matured for 3 years in different wood barrels. A lively dressing, highly recommended for everyday use.
