Without exaggerating: this is an exclusive white wine. Vini - fied the best grapes, maturation in oak casks makes this wine something really special, starting with the strong, golden colour. The fine, elegant aromas are reminiscent of honey produced blossom and tropical fruits. Pleasant vanilla fragrances and a light, buttery taste are noted in the palate. Acidity and smoothness harmonise to make tasting this wine a true pleasure. Indeed, this is a wine to satisfy even the most discerning connosseur. It is an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes, especially fresh water fish.
The Pinot Bianco - the most important and typical of all the South Tyrolean grape varieties - has now been promoted to the top of the St. Valentin range. The St. Valentin has a clear, straw colour with slightly green reflections. It smells delightfully of intensive and typical fruit aromas: ripe app - les and pears combined with melons and a trace of a fine vanilla fragrance. Concentrated and with a wonderful strength and richness, refined and clear in its way, its structure appears refresh- ing despiete the maturation in wood: the Pinot Bianco St. Valentin is a wine which is set to become a real talking point.
A wine with international style, produced only in good years the best grapes. This vouches for its excellent reputation. Pinot Bianco Sirmian grows on the southern slopes above Nalles. It has aromas apple, citruses and pineapple which make the wine full and elegant. On the palate it has lively acidity and is harmonious on the finish.
