Grapes: 100 % Moscato bianco
Characteristics: The vineyard’s distinctive qualities are brought out clearly in the wine’s lovely straw-yellow colouring with golden highlights, but above-all in the explosion of aromas that are strongly reminiscent of the smell of the muscat grapes the wine is made from: in particular hints of ripe pear, white peach, honey, locust tree, linden and orange blossom, sage and lemon. Thickness shows mainly on the palate, with a mouth-filling sensation that nicely balances the sharp freshness and remaining pétillant prickle of the fermentation. Highly persistent, it clearly conjures up the light and warmth of just-picked bunches of ripe muscat grapes. Pairings: Very enjoyable on its own, it is also a perfect match for many types of dessert, including elaborate sweets.

A very special wine. Once tasted, never forgotten - so ple - asing is its aromatic richness and strength. Fine spices, cloves and the gentle fragrance of roses characterise and emphasise the traits and the overall elegance of this im - pressive wine. It is here, on the hills between Appiano and Termeno, that the Gewürztraminer grape originated. The wine is an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes, especially crustaceans, lobster and crab, or to foie gras and other pâtès. Yet it is also a fine wine for enjoying on its own.
Pork, matured in fresh mountain air, gluten- and lactose-free.
Gastronomic product based on bread and speck, typical of Alto Adige. Excellent with broth. Also ideal with sauerkraut, sausage, knuckle, cooked pork or vegetables. Also delicious with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Cook in salted water or boiling broth for about 15-17 minutes.
