"Leggermente grezzo nel profilo principale gioca molto bene sulla parte riduttiva che dona carattere. Con il tempo nel calice si mettono in evidenza note di prugne nere, more selvatiche, cassis, mirto e marasca. Vinificazione in acciaio ed affinamento per 2/3 in barrique ed 1/3 in cemento. Corpo pieno, struttura solida e precisa al palato con tannini perfettamente maturi e distesi ed un finale leggiadro e succoso nell'aftertasting. Un progetto di notevole importanza per l'azienda che esporta in diversi Paesi nel mondo. L'unico Bolgheri Rosso Doc prodotto in azienda. Un blend di Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc e Syrah in percentuali che variano ogni anno. Vinificazione in acciaio ed affinamento per 2/3 in barrique ed 1/3 in cemento.
