this Nebbiolo comes Nebbiolo grapes for Barolo, generally the youngest ones. The perfect structure with typical perfumes of the Barolo Bricco Boschis with inklings principally fruity then floral then spiced, open and intense. The perfect potential for the ageing.
It is produced using white grape Must, acetified and aged in oak barrels to get its typical amber colour. Its most striking feature is that it does not alter the colour of dishes but it adds a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavour (excellent to replace wine vinegar).
matured for 5 years in different wood barrels. A lively, fruity and mildly sweet and sour dressing. Highly recommended for everyday use.
