VIROPA Fennel ORGANIC The fennel fruits of sweet taste and a fruity smell are used for the preparation of fennel tea. Fennel is often used as a spice for cooking. Fennel tea is antispasmodic and is used to treat flatulence.
Medium garnet colour with ruby hints. Rich, quite pronounced, spicy aroma with a chocolate character, floral impressions (violets), red fruit and prunes. Soft, smooth fruit, full bodied. Masculine style. Firm, dry and somewhat earthy finish.

Medium structure and with good fruit intensity on the palate. The tannins are present though balanced. Good length with an earthy aftertaste.
