The garden herb vinegar owes his spicy-fresh taste to the fine combination of apple vinegar belonging to the farmyard and fresh herbs the garden. He is suited very well to fresh green salads or to fish dishes. Ingredients: 100% of apple vinegar, garden herbs, 5,5% of acidity Tip: If in the product a jelly-like substance should form, the so-called vinegar mother, it is no production or quality mistake, but the sign of a living food product. In such cases it is recommended to filter the vinegar with a sieve.

With the Tirol ham Villgrater we define a customary cooking ham, earlier known as Easter ham. By the dry pickle-process and the strong smoking the Trioler ham develops a strong, unmistakeable aroma.

Our high-class butter is produced exclusively of pasteurised fresh cream. The fine difference becomes apparent! The well strokeable, pale yellow butter of slightly sweetish creamy taste comes everywhere with pleasure freshly on the table.
Fresh butter sour cream. Full taste, spreadable. Mildly sourish and fragrantly, slightly agreeable and especially well strokeable.
