This medium-strong mustard is particularly creamy and harmoniously spiced with vinegar, salt and spices, with no added preservatives or thickeners. Ideal in combination with sausages, grilled meats and meat fondue, or for adding flavour to sauces and salad dressings.
Finely chopped white sauerkraut to be used as a side dish for pork, ribs, knuckle, typical Tyrolean dumplings, sausages etc. Also an excellent product a health point of view.
One of the traditional South Tyrolean dishes are the bacon dumplings, hand made by the butcher's shop Villgrater in Sexten/Sesto.
