The Senfter sausage palette
South Tirol... this sounds after clear mountain air, green meadows and after the taste smoky of tender sausage specialities. The products of Senfter mature after a long traditional procedure in the incredibly spicy air of the Dolomites. For an unmistakeable taste which makes the sausage of Senfter something quite special one.
Who searches the old farm tradition of the Puster Valley, makes a find with Senfter. Made after local traditions the slightly smoked South Tyrolean "Kaminwurze" get's the biggest popularity. This raw sausage speciality is produced of beef and pork, is tasted with typical spices and several weeks matured. To spicy brown bread or crunchy Schüttelbrot is the South Tyrolean "Kaminwurze" an incomparable pleasure.

The resulting olive oil is green in colour with golden reflections and is characterised by a fresh, fruity, nutty and aromatically full flavour.
This special espresso is extremely low in acidity, spicy with appealing roasted aromas and yet fruity in taste.
Coarse grained beef and pork with a mark pepper, otherwise mildly and agreeable is the house salami of Steiner. These mould-matured salami is matured for approx. 6 to 8 weeks in controlled climate rooms.
Harmonious, sapid and aromatic fragrance. It is excellent as an aperitif, goes well with starters and particularly with delicately flavoured dishes, most of all fish based ones.
