The mixture Special Bar is the result of an accurate selection between the best variedness of raw coffees. The soft and complete taste give this coffee, the prominent aroma personalised of the true espresso toasted italian-like.
After the infusion in very pure alcohol the gentian roots are gently distilled in small stills. In fact, the delicate aroma and the typically fine and bitter flavour are assured by this method.
"La Morbida Ambra", a cuvée of Moscato- and Chardonnay grape marks, gets its amber colour its refinement in small wooden barrels. The grappa convinces with its exceptional smoothness and elegance.
