Bauern Schüttelbrot traditional with caraway & fennel / 20 x 150g package
The making of Schüttelbrot is inextricably entwined with the history of South Tyrol. This rustic family recipe has been handed down generation to generation. Our ‘Bauern Schüttelbrot' is made with light rye flour and carefully improved with caraway and fennel - 100% natural crunching fun, of course.
Ingredients: Rye flour 72%, wheat flour, yeast, salt, caraway 2%, fennel 1%, malt extract, malt flour.
Grana Trentino - Trentingrana, extra hard cheese the area Trento, at least 15 months matured
Hard cheese ewe's milk, Appearance: interior is strawy-yellow to amber colour, Aroma: fruity - ripe pears, Flavour: hints of sheep's milk - very sweet - balanced - full flavour, Consistency: crumbly, Maturation: 15 months in the natural cellar
Vinschgauer rye taler Preiss 200 gr., purely decently, crisply and of course, suitably as a base to all what you may.
Belly bacon butchery Hell, spicy strong bacon, ham, at least 5 months stored, hand made.
Coarse grained beef and pork with a mark pepper, otherwise mildly and agreeable is the house salami of Steiner. These mould-matured salami is matured for approx. 6 to 8 weeks in controlled climate rooms.
