As a rule, our South Tyrolean Mini-Schüttelbrot is eaten between meals (during a so-called 'Jause' or 'Brotzeit') or rather during a light afternoon meal (the South Tyrolean 'Marende'). It makes of course a perfect accompaniment to wine and beer.
Al Tartufo: the encounter between Summer Black Truffle, a noble ingredient with an exclusive aroma and flavour, and our classic salami comes a fine sausage with a bouquet of unique aromas and flavours, capable of satisfying even the most refined palates of the most demanding gourmets.
Piccante: a cured meat that is the result of the combination of the typical Veneto salami and chilli pepper. The aromas are intense and captivating, the taste is articulated between aromas of seasoning and the pungent notes of chilli pepper, which are blunted by the sweetness of paprika.
Amarone della Valpolicella D.O.C.G.: when two excellences of the Venetian tradition meet, only a masterpiece can be born. We have enriched our salami with one of the finest wines, Amarone della Valpolicella D.O.C.G.. Here the typical flavours of the salami blend with the round and fruity aroma of the wine, creating a fine product with a unique and elegant taste.
Al Finocchio: to the typical Veneto salami we have added fennel seeds. The result is a cured meat with ingredients and flavours typical of Italian charcuterie. A cured meat with a fresh and decisive taste, but at the same time delicate, with a full and aromatic aroma.
