The result is a sparkling wine that forms a rich, thick foam which gradually reveals a nice straw-yellow colour with green highlights. The bouquet is an explosion of aromas - limetree flowers, acacia, gooseberry and orange, mature peaches and plums. Sage, rosemary and multi-flower honey are also present. On the palate the bubbles form a thick coating which soon melt into a felling of freshness and sweetness. Aftertaste is very long and dominated by an amazing taste of strawberries.

The Franciacorta Rosé 'Monique' is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes the Sergnana vineyard and the Ronchetto vineyard.
