Prima fermentazione 10 % in fusti di rovere e la rimanenza in botti d'acciaio. Spumantizzazione classica in bottiglia con successivo remuage a mano.
Lavorazione: uve selezionate, fermentate ed affinate in contenitori di acciaio inossidabile e piccoli botti di rovere. Dopo l'imbottigliamento (la primavera successiva alla vendemmia) fermentazione in bottiglia, min. 48 mesi di maturazione sui lieviti, remuage tradizionale sui pupitres, degorgement e breve periodo di affinamento prima della messa in vendita. Pas Dosé viene prodotto solo in buone annate.
Esame organolettico: Colore: paglierino giallo limpido e brillante. Profumo: intenso, persistente con deciso sentore di lievito. Sapore: Secco, di nerbo fine e marcata vivacitá armonico. Perlage: fine e continuo

The Schiava grape is a varietal specific to South Tyrol and has a subtle and delicate aroma. With its reserved character, the Schiava is able to highlight every delicious dish. The Gschleier vineyards distinguish themselves by vineyards that are now more than 100 years old.
After a minimum of 18 months on the lees, the bottle is riddled to concentrate the sediment against the temporary cap, then disgorged and packaged. Our Franciacorta Brut displays a delicate, subtle bouquet that is still crisp and fruity, and quite long lasting; in the mouth it is attractively dry, with a velvety texture and exceptionally fine balance. The bead boasts dense, pin-point bubbles, with a foamy mousse seems almost endless.
