The Pazzerelli are crispy pastry sticks made with high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The dough is prepared according to a secret family recipe and is given an unmistakable aroma by the addition of fresh rosemary. Rosemary, with its intense fragrance and slightly resinous note, gives the pazzerelli a touch of Mediterranean spice and makes them a unique treat.
Spicy-sweet mustard purée with a particularly intense flavour. The fruit is candied, then mashed and enriched with selected ingredients. In all versions it is an ideal complement to fresh and mature cheeses, white and red meat, poultry, fish and sausages. Pears mostarda goes particularly well with blue cheeses and white meats.
