Eye: deep straw yellow, Nose: fine stone fruit aromas ike ripe pears, Golden Delicious, fine pineapple and other slightly exotic notes. Palate: elegant yet concentrated wine, strong acid structure, full-bodied, full-flavoured, salty on the palate, with power and backbone, long finish.
Coarse grained beef and pork with a mark pepper, otherwise mildly and agreeable is the house salami of Steiner. These mould-matured salami is matured for approx. 6 to 8 weeks in controlled climate rooms.
