The palate is fruity, elegant, delicate, complete and offers deepness, a small aerial side in its power, a very nice balance, precision as well as a nice substance and finesse in its richness / power. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of jammy apple, crystallized mandarin and small notes of dried orange associated with touches of caramelization, toasted / roasted almond, rancio as well as hints of Bourbon vanilla, nutmeg, pepper and a subtle hint of almost exotic fruit on the persistence.
