This rotating ham holder is entirely manufactured in Spain by Buarfe, one of the leading manufacturers of ham holders in the country since 1992.
The base lower support is made of black Polyethylene (PE-500), whereas the rotating head and fittings are made of Stainless Steel (AISI-304).
Both these material fully comply with all food safety regulations. The rotating head allows one to turn the ham or shoulder ham around easily without having to loosen the leg.
The long base of this ham holder makes it especially suited for larger Serrano and Iberian hams, allowing them to be sliced easily and comfortably in a perfectly horizontal position. It is equipped with 4 rubber non-slip feet to prevent it moving while the ham is sliced.
