This cheese, made of pasteurised, pure sheep milk, is soaked in Spanish red wine for two to three days, which not only gives the outside of the cheese a thin purple rind, but also gives the cheese a whole new range of exquisite flavours.
Ingredients: Pasteurised Pure Sheep Milk, Lactic Ferments, Red Wine, Salt
