We offer to you here a approx. 1,2 kg. of a real Sextner grey cheese, a local speciality which can be prepared preferably with onions, olive oil, some pepper and salt.
The Sextner Grey Cheese is a spicy, aromatic low-fat cheese with only 2% F.i. T. whose ripening period needs only 7 days. The raw milk is freshly delivered daily the local farmers and is processed subsequently to fresh milk, fresh cream, butter as well as also these delightful cheese specialities.
On sale all cheese pieces are freshly cut and packed subsequently airtight - under gap. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.
A full-bodied yellow with green reflexes and with a fresh aroma of apples, apricots and a hint of sage. Dense and elegant. Long persistently.

Rue is a plant that grows on poor soil or in wine regions. It is well known for its digestive and diuretic characteristics and is usually harvested before its flowering time. It is then left to infuse for about 30 days in fresh grappa and finally bottled with a fresh rue branch. Our rue grappa is characterised by a smooth, soft and slightly herbaceous taste.
