Paprika thyme cheese dairy Algund
A mild-spicy cheese which entices with its aromatic and mediterranean taste. For its preparation we use only fresh full-cream milk, fragrant thyme and mild paprika. We pay attention to permanent high-class controls - the natural raw resource milk up to the ready store product. This makes our cheese so delightful whose milk of mountain courts comes around Algund, Partschins and Naturns which supply us daily with fresh milk.
The Cheese Dairy Algund lies on the sunny south side of the Alps, not far Meran. Juicy alps, healthy air and the knowledge about the incalculable value of the original food combined with our craft art of the milk processing.
