Sheep's milk cheese - Pecorino "Brigante"
We offer to you here approx. 750 gr. (mostly a little bit more, we cut generously) of a Pecorino. This Pecorino has a short ripening period of 20 - to 60 days, is white compact consistency, with little punching, is soft, the taste slightly mawkishly and fragrantly.
It is produced exclusively of full-cream milk of sheep of this Italian area under addition of natural milk acid bacteria and calf's rennet.
On sale all cheese pieces are freshly cut and packed subsequently airtight - under gap. Thus we guarantee for full quality and a safe transport at your home.

The tomatoes come heritage San Marzano seeds given to Paolo 15 years ago, and are quite different the industrial San Marzano's that flood the market today.

This Lagrein is characterised by a lively ruby red colour and a variety of aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits. A full, pleasantly warm and intense wine with a velvety softness. A red wine of distinction, unique in its way, and only to be found in South Tyrol. It goes exceedingly well with meat, roasts and spicy cheeses, but it is also a wine to savour and for meditation, above all when it is drunk following several years of ageing and maturation in the bottle.
