The raw material used, i.e. back fat, comes heavy pigs bred in Italy. The carefully selected lard varies in thickness 6 to 8 cm. The product is salted in brine. Grease-free cooking ham the upper bowl of the pig made. By the careful cooking and burning incense the ham remains very juicy. The crust is refined intensely with rosemary, which creates a delicate and harmonic taste.
